@mackiechartres maybe it would be better if Lomography turned to another Photo Lab. These are not easy Times for analogue Photography. Such problems make analogue Photography unattractive

I had a discussion with the customer's service. I think one should request his negs to be cut into strips or not. the choice should not be imposed by default.

ok my negs just arrived, but crushed and torn, the small light cardboard box in the paper envelope doesn't protect anything, it's a SHAME. I will scan them so you can see the damage. Upset.
